A) HOW TO UPLOAD A PHOTO.
Soon after login to your account in Basic
information you can upload 1 Photo only required for DIGI CARD, by selecting
BOWSE button and add from your computer/laptop/mobile.

B) WHAT ARE SEACH RELATED ITEMS
If search related items are not filled in,
since they may be non-mandatory, please be prepared for non-selection when the
other party is asking for such a condition.
For example, if a person is earning rupees
eighteen lacs but does not want to say so, then if some person wants the
counterpart to get even rupees ten lacs, this file of rupees eighteen lacs
would not be selected.
Hence in your own interest it is best to fill
in all details correctly
C) WHAT IS THE MEANING OF GROSS ANNUAL INCOME
Gross Annual income means the gross salary
before TDS (Tax deducted at source) please add reasonable value of perks plus
the other incomes earned as interest, rent other sources including Capital gains
in shares and equity funds.
D) WHAT IS THE
MEANING OF NETWORTH
Means the approx. present value of the property already
possession or likely to obtain in approximately 10 to 15 years in favor of the
registered member.
E) HOW TO DO SEARCH
FUNCTION
Search function- In your registration you
will have mentioned your desired conditions and up on search you will get
accordingly,
Whereas you desire a Girl should be between
“5.4” to “5.5” since you are “6” . But you do not find any one suitable, then a
temporary search template will open and you ask for “5.3” to “5.8”, then you
may get 15 Girls. But this alteration will not cause any change in your
registration nor in sure of a New Digi Card.
In fact upon editing, only if there are
changes in the contents of the Digi Card, a new Digi Card will be issued.
E) How to do editing
Editing can be done for any item when a salary
etc is increased etc or if the Gross Annual Income etc were not entered
earlier, but now it is desired to be entered.
Editing can also be used to insert better
videos or snaps.
F) Payment
procedure
Payment procedure – explained the payments are
made to your wallet only. When you ask for services of chat or enquire contact
details, correct amount will be deducted from your wallet, if there are
insufficient funds the system will ask you to pay more.
If any refund is payable to you the money
will go to your wallet or any day if you want your wallet money before 365 days
after registration, you can ask for repayment and you will get your money to
the registered phone Number of your registration.
G) HOW
DO I CHAT/CONTACT MEMBERS
Upon selection of a person, after seeing the
Bio-Data, after using the filters of your choice, their choice and mutual
choice or you may request without applying any filters, The Chat /Enquiry
request is made. The required fees will be taken from your wallet and the
request will be put forward.
H) HOW IS CHAT/CONTACT ACCEPTED.
The request can be accepted by looking into
or not looking into your profile after
required fees is taken from your wallet. Then upon acceptance the intimation
will be given to both of you to use the services by yourself.
I) HOW DO I GET A GIFT UPON
ENGAGEMENT/MARRIAGE.
The Gift is a token of gratitude for your
Registration in our Website, though you may get engaged or married through
other sources. The value of the Gift is our sole discretion and pleasure which
should also be gladly accepted by you.
J) Why
is search members page empty.
You can search without any condition then all profiles will appear. If you apply filters on one or more of the items like DOB, Height, Gross Annual Income, Net Worth etc you will get certain Profiles, if you get less results or you want to change your conditions by widening Age, Height etc you can get more profiles. if you desire to have lesser results you may reduce/increase the Age , Height… brackets to enable easier search.

1. How can I register on Parichaya Matrimony?
Registration is free and can be done by the father, mother, relative, or friend of the prospective member. An OTP will be sent to the contact detail for verification, and an Aadhar number is required for authenticity. Editing data and photos is always allowed with an OTP sent to your registered contact details.
2. Is registration free on Parichaya Matrimony?
Yes, registration is free.
3. How can I search for profiles on Parichaya Matrimony?
You can search for profiles for free using an OTP sent to your contact detail. Searches can be based on your conditions, others' conditions, or matching both.
4. Are there any charges for accessing contact details or enabling chat?
Yes, a nominal fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for obtaining contact details, and Rs. 200/- for enabling chat, subject to acceptance. If not accepted, a 50% refund of the fee is provided.
5. How do I use the chat and enquiry feature?
Registered members can request chats or contact details by providing the registration number of the desired person. Rs. 200/- will be deducted from your wallet for chats, and Rs. 100/- for contact details. Marriage mediators are charged only 50% of these fees.
6. How long do I have to accept a chat or enquiry?
Chats must be accepted within 7 days and will remain open for another 7 days. Enquiries must be accepted within 15 days. If not accepted within these periods, it is deemed that the enquired person is disinterested.
7. Are there any disclaimers?
Yes, all members must do their own checks to validate the data entered by others. The Admin and their team are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
8. Can I provide suggestions to Parichaya Matrimony?
Yes, suggestions are welcome and honored if they are acceptable to us.
9. Are there any rewards for informing about engagements or marriages?
Yes, registered members who inform Parichaya Matrimony about their engagement or marriage are honored with gifts.
10. How is confidentiality maintained?
Total confidentiality is maintained by allowing members to reveal contact details only upon satisfaction.
